Rep-Cal For Sulcata. How Much?

Hello, I have a 48oz 3" Sulcata hatchling. I am wondering how much Rep-Cal Calcium with VIT.D3 should I be using. I feed about 1/3 cup of grrasses and greens in the morning with a sprinkle of Rep-Cal over it about 1/8 tsp each day. is that too much/too little? And twice a week I put about a 1/8 tsp. of the Rep-Cal vitamin with the cal. I have noticed that the shell seems to not be as smooth as it used to be. I might just be seeing things also.(lol) I feed it the tortoise grazing mix daily, and some dandeloin cuttings and lettuce mix with tuna cactus when I get home from work 4-5 times a week with bermuda grass as he wants it. Im not sure if this ok. I also soak it 1-2 times a week for about 15 min.
