: Did you even read or understand this article? It is about iron storage disease, a metabolic disorder which causes humans to store excessive and harmful amounts of iron. That excess affects virtually every aspect of the body including, of course, the thyroid. Iron storage disease and its possible effect on the thyroid is not caused by consuming spinach or other high iron food.
