Not a single one of the items you feed to your animals is listed as high in oxalic acid in the TT feeding manual. They define "high" as over 200 ppm. Cactus pads are a highly recommended item. Kale is high in goitrogens, collards are high in phytic acids, and chicory in tannins, but all can be part of a varied diet for a tortoise that is well hydrated, etc.
The beet greens your friend feeds out are listed as high in oxalic acid. But, mixed in with the other low oxalic acid foods, it might be just fine.
So, believe it or not, you appear to be feeding a low oxalic acid diet. At least according to TT.
