Unhappy tort?

My new leopard seems to be ratehr upset with me. Ever since I picked her up and held her so she would come out of her shell and I could actually see her, she's been sitting and not moving. She ate the 1st day, and it's been 3 days since with no more food eaten. She'll sit wherever she's left and not move. Yesterday was in the mid 60's here, so I took her outside for an hour... she roamed all over the yard until she saw me, and then hid in her shell, and wouldn't come back out. When i took her back inside, I set ehr by her food dish... about 20 hours later she's still there and still in her shell.
Do you think she's not happy in the pen? Is she protesting because I held her? She seemed fine and healrthy and happy in the yard.. but in the pen she just sits. Any ideas?
