She wont go!!!!

Olivia my four year old sulcata hasnt went relieved herself in over a week. She still eats alot and the temps are at a good level for her. I was thinking that maybe she wasnt getting enough fiber in her diet but it is the same thing that she has been eating all her life. Not to much grazing grass but alot of grocery greens with vitamins. I have been letting her soak thinking that maybe this will help but nothing. Now, she could be eating it but this is something that she has never done before. Should I stop feeding her? Any suggestions?
