You're only chance of saving these animals in the wild is to first save the land in which they are found and second provide a system that everyone will protect them. If you allow collection on a limited basis the system should police themselves or they face the loss of that priveledge.
Naahhh, That won't work BAN EM, BAN EM ALL. Then... BAN PHOTOGRAPHING THEM(that would be harrasement)and BAN TALKING ABOUT THEM (that would perpetuate a desire for them) Hell, BAN THINKING ABOUT THEM.
