I guess everyone misunderstood my post. I will not be keeping the Sulcata in a tank for ever. Only as a temporary place to live until it is big enough to handle the great out doors.

Face it, the miminum you need is a half acre and the pasture mix should be very well established with a root system that has been reproducing for generations. Sulcata will mow your lawn so low you won't even see the green. Take the reality check.
