i was at that show! i was wondering why dept of game and wildlife was there!!! i have no idea about the laws, i bought a sulcata not long ago from a show in hamburg and no one said anything about taking him out of PA. tell your friend i'm sorry that it happened to him.

: I was wondering if anyone could direct me to where I could view laws pertaining to out of state shipping of Sulcatas. The dept. of agricultue had a friend of mine write an afadavit, and he could be fined up to $1000 for transporting a cb sulcata across state lines. This happened at the Hamburg PA show on 10/20. I had no idea that the feds require a health certificate from an accredited vet before these animals could be brought out of state. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
: Thanks
