: Hi Dilhia,
: This is the biggest plant list that I know of.

There is a problem with the safety of some of the plants listed there. You can try
http://turtlestuff.com/avoidthese.html. It is an excellent resource of what seeds to avoid and there is a terms glossary so that if you don't understand something you can easily look things up. What's the point of knowing what values of things are without knowing what you are looking at.
Try to avoid Kelp (too high in sodium),Vech, alfalfa, buckwheat, and too much clover. They contain high amounts of protein. Yes, even plants have protein and it can cause your tortoise to pyrimid. Too much oxalic acid can cause kidney stones so you need to watch the amount in the plants you feed. There is a woman Lin King, I don't remember her email address right now. She has an excellent list of 23 of the top foods to grow for your tortoise.Email me in private and I'll give it to you. You can also go to the American Seed Company. They will blend your seed to your specification and to the region you come from.
I just ordered Bermuda grass and my leopard can't get enough of the stuff. Opuntia is almost a standard must for all tortoise species. I order it by the 5 pound and they go through it pretty quickly. I had trouble with the spineless growing fungus but some of the desert variety have been really good. Cows tongue is good and the spines were easy to get off with a scrubby pad. The pads grew really big and fat until I left it out in the rain a bit too much and turned it mushy. Now I just order what I need.
Another excellent resource is www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/Data/Other/oxalic.html
