Actually, we are in total agreement. I do not want to see the total baning of iguana sales. I would prefer to see CB iguanas sold by breeders or stores that specialize with reptiles. I know that sounds funny, but it would solve so many problems. I feel the same in regard to the giant tortoises. I do not feel that they belong in big petstore chains that are geared for customers with little or no reptile experience. I feel that many of these reptiles are not good beginner species, and have no place in Petco. My goal and wish is that Petco changes its policies and inacts a corporate ban on the sale of iguanas much like the policie that Petsmart recently incorporated. Like you I would like to see more limitations on the import aspect of the reptile business, but still feel that it has its place. I just think that it has gotten way out of control. I am sorry for any confussion.
