These things have beautiful flowers but be advised that it requires the presence of ants for them to bloom. Ants eat away at the casing on the flower bud, allowing it to open. If you spray your plants to kill ants, you wont get any flowers. If not for the flowers, then why bother growing this type of plant? And why would you want a plant that attracts ants to your tortoise pen? Something to think about!
