Check the link again.. it does say how much to give for different weights... i.e. how many mg of panacur per unit of body weight. Usually it is 50-100mg per Kg of weight. You might need to convert to english units 1 Kg = 2.2 lbs
The good thing about Panacur is that you can overdose quite a bit and it doesnt have harmful effects, AND you can just smear it on some favorite food, and they gobble it right up.
