If you have a 8' x 20' greenhouse, I'd be tempted to divid lengthways, & provide an extra upper level for the boxies. The lower & upper levels could be joined by a guarded "ramp/stairway". This upper level would be used by the boxies for basking etc, whilst the lower level could be to allow them to feed or entry/exit to the garden/pen.
The other side could be converted into accomodation for the sulcata.

: I don't have the space or money for a home that big. Annie is a city tortoise and the box turtles already have an 8' by 20' greenhouse for their home. She is going to need a "motel 6"(lol). Yours is a great setup, wish I could provide something as nice.

: : Takes full advantage of the sun. Auto open windows for the "sunny days", "(ha ha UK weather)
: : Internally its real warm even after lights out.
: : Sleeping area is fitted with a pig blanket, only used in the winter months, never used between April & End Oct.
: : Two basking lamps (ceramic heat) at 150w on for 12hrs day. 3' UV striplight, on for 12hrs day.
