: : 12' x 10' double glazed, double walled, fully insulated, concrete floor shaped to drain away water, flexiglass type roof, full electric & water.
: : Sliding (manually opened/closed)door which allows them to come & go as they please.
: : Takes full advantage of the sun. Auto open windows for the "sunny days", "(ha ha UK weather)
: : Internally its real warm even after lights out.
: : Sleeping area is fitted with a pig blanket, only used in the winter months, never used between April & End Oct.
: : Two basking lamps (ceramic heat) at 150w on for 12hrs day. 3' UV striplight, on for 12hrs day.
