Hey There All, I'm looking for a little advice. I aquired today a group of five Forest Hingeback tortoises. I bought them at a show in Chicago, for captive bred animals. I have one big problem However. I don't think my new tort's are captive bred, I beleive them to be wild caught. I am already the proud owner of several breeding group's including Sulcatta's, Bell's Hingebacks, and Bolivian Redfooted. So I'm not a total novice. However seeing these beauties just sent my heart a flutter and like a fool without asking alot of questions I just bought, now after a long car ride home I have them in there new habitat and, I'm doing some real looking over, and they appear to not be captive bred. Knowing the horror stories I've heard over wild caught, & parasite / mortality rates what do you all recommend that I do to help insure these boys and girls have a fine and long life? Thanks for all of your help. - Dave
