Sulcata-please help!

Two weeks ago I bought three sulcatas'. I don't think they were taken care of like they should just from what she told me was ok to fee them. I am very concerned for one of them, he's not very active when I put him outside, were the other two just are on the go the whole time. But he just sits there mostly in one spot. I saw him eat some grass a few days ago but thats all I've seen him eat. When I soak him he poops very very little of the white stuff, unlike the other two. He also has swollen eyes, which I put Turltle eye clear in them daily, for eye infection, but I can't see a defference, and was wondering if I should force fee, or if I need some other sort of medication. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
