As far as chows go, I would strongly advise not to tote them as a complete diet. They should be a weekly substitute if that. As far as I see it no one really watches over the making of this stuff, so who knows whats in it. I also would hesitate to buy it on the word of a proclaimed user, who also sells it. Natural foods are the best, grocery greens are strong second. Many chows have been found to be crap based on what they put on their label as ingredients, just cause the labels changed, doesn't mean the chow has. I would like to see hard proof of how good chows are before I make a purchase.
