Hi Steve, I live in Mesa, and have been keeping sulcatas outside for almost 15 years. The smaller ones need the 75 to 100 deg., but once they break 10 lbs. or so, they can tolerate much cooler. I turn on the heat lamp in the shed when the night low reaches about 60 to 65 degrees. Mine havent started seeking out the shed yet, and still prefer sleeping in shallow palets. That will change real soon. In almost 15 years I've never had a sulcata get sick. Good luck.
