I am always short on time, so on the weekend I cut up and coarse grate the weeks veges & greens. I put them in a big bag in the fridge. That way if I only have a second, I grab a couple of hanfuls and give it to everyone. Those who need special stuff may only get special foods every other day. They can all graze, but this way i know they get a balanced diet even if I'm in a hurry. The trick is to make sure the veges have no extra water on them, cause it makes them rot in the fridge. Larger chunks last longer than finely cut veges.
