this is just a guess- i really have no idea: Is the time she sneezes about the same time as when your house is due for a good dusting and cleaning? maybe it has something to do with dust or other allergens? Or maybe something that has to do with what you use to clean? I really am just taking a shot in the dark though.

: I have a leapard tortoise that weighs about 10lbs. She sneezes very loud. She will do this very early in the morning and she will do it several times. This is not something that happens all the time, usually every week or two weeks I will hear her do this. Everytime I get very worried and watch her very closely that day to see if she seems sick, but she never does it again. I live in a small town in Arkansas and I have not been able to find a vet that knows about tortoises.
: Is this something tortoises do every once in a while or is she getting a respiratory infection. This has been happening for a long time now. Sometimes she will go a long time and I will never hear her do this, but when she does it really worries me. If anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it!!!
