With russians you sometimes have to trick them. The can food isn't the best but you can use it to get it to eat right.
Start grinding up greens in a processor and mixing some with the canned food. If it eats this next time add more
greens and less canned food. They seem to use smell to "taste" whats good so if theirs a littl scent of somyhing they
really like, they usually nibble it. Also this time of year they tend to stop eating even if its too warm to hibernate.
If you have them in a cage increase the temp and lengthen the hours of light. Sometimes this is all it takes.

PS as long as they feel heavier than they look, they can go weeks without eating...but keep checking the weight.
