Pancake Tortoise Diet

Can someone tell me what Pancake Tortoises will really go crazy for? I recently bought a colony and have not seen them eat just yet. I am not always there to watch them. Their pen is planted with turtle cafe seed, so they must be eating the stuff growing around them. I just want to see them eat so it makes me feel a little better. Thanks
