Doug....well I'll be of no help to you but thought I would comment. We have two sulcatas and the vet, who works with torts a lot, would have sworn the younger one was female. Your pictures look just like our two. Our older one is twice the size and age of the younger one. We had no doubt the older one is male. The younger one earlier this year finally displayed his manhood, now we know she is a he.
Yours at their size have yet to give you any physical sign? Good luck
