Have you had the tort examined by a reptile vet to check out the flora in her stomach? If not have her checked out before dosing her. Torts need bacteria and other flora in their stomach, the only reason to dose a tortoise with panacur is to eliminate massive buildup of parasites. I own 15 w.c. tortoise, of which only one to my knowledge has been wormed. The others live quite well with their natural gut load. My vet examined a stool of a tortoise wormed over a year ago, he could still tell that this tortoise did not have a healthy gutload of bacteria. The rule of thumb is not to overtreat tortoises.
