This email is to alert you that one of our servers which hosts your site is currently experiencing problems with email, ftp, and script execution. Currently we do have 3 of the administrators working on the problem.

The data within the var, dev, bin and etc directories was lost. Although we had separate copies of the important files they were also located within that same directory structure. In combination with that, the tape service only has the sites backed up not the directories that we need to restore your email and FTP information. As a result, once the scripts and the email start working again, you will need to recreate your email usernames and aliases.

We do apologize for this problem.
