Hi Folks,

I'm getting 2 T.h.h. hatchlings tomorrow from Janie Malsin in Miami, FL. I would like to find others who have these little guys in the USA primarily, although any of you in UK or Europe would be nice to hear from also.

For those of you who don't know, T.h.h. are much less common than the 'standard' Hermann's you see in the US, which are Testudo hermanii boettgeri aka Eastern Hermann's Tortoise.

I've been talking to a few others about trying to set up perhaps a breeding exchange so we can have several (or more) good breeding groups of diverse stock here in the US.

Does anyone know what is involved if we wanted new stock from breeders in Europe? Or if any more breeders are known in the US, would love to hear about/from them also. Thanks to EJ for his prior response on another forum :)

Thanks also to you who have referred me to caresheets on taking care of these little guys. Any personal stories from those who keep them would be welcome also.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers

Greg
