Heating Questions

Does anyone know what the approximate cost is to run a heat emitter, or a heat pad? I know ths depends on some variables like wattage and electricity rates and how many hours they are used each day. I'm just looking for an example to compare my own too. Something like cost per month or per year or per day would be helpful. Thanks
