The Typical graeca looks ver much like a Hermans. One important point is that the Hermans does not have a hinked plastron and the tail is pointier on a hermans.
On feeding, Give it as much as it will eat. You probably picked up one of these imports that are floating around. There is going to be an acclimation period so overfeeding should not be a problem.
The animal you have, does it have an orange hue to the skin color?
