If poop is getting all over you it sounds to loose. It should be dry, firm, and filled with grass stuff. Re-think their diet. Zab
: : Hi,
: : everytime I pick up one of my sulcata's, they either poop or pee, I know that they do this because they are afraid, how can I teach them that I am not going to hurt them?? I don't pick them up as much as I would like to because I don't really enjoy being covered in poop. Any help would be great!
: Hi Ashley,
: I know how you feel.My sulcata,Maggie does the same thing.Fortunately she is big enough that I can hold her on my hand away from my body to pet her.She is three yrs old and let me tell you when she cuts loose,I don't want to be in the path...lol.She is very trusting of me,I think they just get nervous..Good luck.
