I don't know what temperature the critter is at, that is why I asked. I do not know what other environmental factors are involved, that is why I asked. As to whether I think the tortoise will eat all the food offered, well, yes I do. Sulcatas instinctually eat as much as they can when food is present. As to whether they will eat what they want and leave the rest, well I've not seen it happen with sulcata yet. Why do you think there are so many overgrown pyramided sulcata out there??? I don't think it can mostly be attributed to temperature and enclosures....
: I missed this one.
: How do you know what temperature the little critter is kept at? Or what other environmental factors are involved. Do you really think the tortoise is going to eat all the food that is offered? No. It is not. It will eat what it needs and leave the rest.
