I don't have any problems with their product, per se..it's just that I, too, had the bulbs burning out frequently, and sometimes I had trouble getting in touch with the company. When I did get in touch, they were helpful and sent out a new bulb...but the effort started to seem to be too much for just a bulb...I went back to my Reptisuns...
