Why my kinixys homeana die!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????

Hello to everybody,I have a couple of question for who breed Kinixys homeana.
In Italy I think to be the first to have naturale layng eggs of K.H. and I'm very happy for this event.
In two weeks, my male and two female was die!They are ok eating,mating.
In the garden and in terrarium there is humidity and 28/30°C.
Any experience?
