If your referring to the super expensive enclosures, they won't last long as your Sulcata will probably outgrow even the largest one in just a few years. If its a baby it might be more effective to start with a Rubbermaid tub, and work your way up to a homemade wooden enclosure. I made 2 huge enclosures for my turtles for about $200 with supplies from Home Depot.

With the Sulcata you will probably change environments a few times as they grow, or you could get them into something with enough room to accomodate their ever changing size, and save the expense and hassle now.

In reality, if their inside I would plan a room or two for them to freely roam, and an outdoor pen.

: Whould these be good for a sulcata tortoise?
