I'm wondering about cypress mulch, if it's kept dry. I live in the NE and will obviously bring my Russians in. Soil/Sand (I've used this in my outdoor enclosure all summer) isn't practical for inside, for me anyway, as it is too heavy given the recommended depth. I use cypress with my boxies (I keep it moist) so I always have lots around. Mary
