RUBBERMAID- poly stock tanks, Fluval 404, Magnum 350

I am looking fo a good source with reasonable prices to purchase a RUBBERMAID- poly stock tank for my Asian Leaf turtles. This will be the easiest way to house them for me, as I don't have room for a kiddie pool.
Either a cheap online source, or somewhere in the Boston area would be great! I'm going to try Agway tomorrow, but wont be holding my breath!
I'm also looking for one of the above listed canister filters, and so far have found a low price of $110 online, has anyone seen better?
