Isnt it neat how these guys really love these?
In the wild where these are native to the sulcata, they gorge when in season. Im sure this would give them loose stools (as do mine who eat an all graze diet) but this is normal. If your feeding wet grocery greens as a large part of the diet, I would back off when you see the stools becoming loose.
Yup seeds and all! It just passes right thought them.

: And he LOVES it! The berries arrived today and I immediately sliced off a couple of pieces for him. He was chomping away almost immediately. I was hoping you could give some details regarding feeding these things (on the forum in case others had questions). First of all Virgil is 1 year old and about 3" long. What is the appropriate amount to feed? Daily? Including the seeds? How do you suggest freezing them and do they lose nutrients? Thanks.
