When Grocery stores first get the produce they sort threw them and keep the "pretty" ones. They throw away the ones with imperfection,or that are over ripe. I just ask them to put that aside for me. When the get there lettuce the throw away the outer leaves because people like the inside leaves better.I just ask them to put that aside for me. So your saying i should buy a whole bunch of dandelion greens and let them sit in my refrigorator for a couple weeks? That isnt my idea of "fresh"
