Leopard Tortoise-Yellow Foot - Red Foot

Does anyone have any experience keeping a Leopard Tortoise, or a yellow foot, or a Redfoot in the New England area? I'm quite taken with this species, but have heard they can be quite touchy with the type of weather fluctuations we get here, so I would like a bit of insight from someone local if possible. I already have a 22lb Sulcata thats doing great, and plan to start with a hatchling when I decide what species will do best here!
