Hi Cora,
Im a fellow keeper of Leops and where you live really defines how you keep them. For a baby, a tortoise table type of setup works well. The typical tank tends to be poorly ventilated and can overheat easily.
No matter what you do, be sure to set up several thermomaters at tort level to verify that they have the ability to thermoregulate. Im a big fan of radiated heating panels and the uv heat lamp put out by the uvheat.com folks.
