Do you have a source of cb russians?
Also kiddie pools can be made into very nice set ups for small torts. Drain holes are a must. Its also important to provide shade.
You can even take one and cut the bottom out....use machine screws and washers to connect hardware cloth over the bottom.....invert this over the other pool ....connect the 2 with wing nut bolts....and you have a decently secure pen.
