: Hi everyone,
: I have 2 sulcata's that will be a year old in December. I'm kind of afraid because they have slight pyramiding in their shells. What causes this?? Is it normal to have some pyramiding? They have a UVB light, heat lamp, I feed them fresh veggies everyday with vitamin suppliment powder and also a herbivore calcium and vitamin spray. I want these babies to grow up healthy, they are special to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm no expert, but from the pics I've seen and from my tort,Maggie....I think most of them have a little at least until they get larger. If you have them on the right diet and sunshine, it smooths out over time. Are they allowed to graze?
