Animals will release any unused vitamins in their urates. If there is a large portion of urates (white stuff) then you are most likely using too much.
Likewise; that supplement has a large portion of phosphrous; therefore depleting the value of the calcium. You should choose a phosphrous free supplement. The point is to add calcium to a torts diet, due to the Ca:P inbalance in produce.
