Hi Dave and congratulations on your new pet!
Here's a chart of my sulcatas growth, he went
from 78 grams Oct 99 to nearly 2000 grams last
month. He had a steady weight gain of about
2 grams daily for a long time and recently
it's increased to about 10 grams daily, he's outdoors
all day. Also as they get bigger they obviously
eat more, and weight gain will increase proportionatly.

As far as length he's about 7 inches now, and
pushing 5 pounds almost. He's grown about
2 inches per year that I've had him, (it'll
be 2 years this October).

As far as pyramiding, it seems hard to pin down
to something, it's very debatable and I suppose
all we can do is keep studying it.

Most of the sulcatas I seen here on this forum
have it to some degree or another, even ones people
claim have none, look like it to me from the photos.
There's a beautiful adult (I think he's like 14)
King Karl, he's perfect looking to me, you gotta
look at any and all pics. of that boy!!!!!
