What species of tortoise is it?

Torts can be very sensitive to changes in their environment. I expect it needs time to settle into its new home.

Is it warmer/colder in the area you moved to, is the enclosure bigger/smaller?
Recieves more sun etc.....

Give it time to settle in and make sure that it has everything it needs to be comfortable.

I moved my Russian torts to a new/absolutely huge outdoor enclosure. They absolutely hated it!
In the end I put them back in the nice size outdoor enclosure they were used to since I got them.
They settled right back into their routine.

So give him time to get used to his new home, but watch closely too for any signs of illness.

Hope this helps,
Terry.
