Why don't you make the trip to the NY Metro Reptile Expo in Semptember and get it yourself? www.reptileexpo.com. I have heard mixed reviews about LLL. I saw Regal Reptiles at the last expo and they had some Hermann's babies, they looked good, you might want to go with them. I would highly recommend using a breeder if you can. And I would highly NOT!!! recommend buying a tortoise now and having it shipped in this heatwave...it would be very unsafe for a tortoise, regardless of what the pet shop says...
