on how much you feed them and environmental conditions. I have two little guys that are about 3 years old. They are about 6 inches long. I know some folks who have got them to breeding size in 3 years. Your choice. You want to let it graze as much as you can or feed it every other day. I feed mine about 2 cups of mixed greens every other day. That is for one. I'm going to increase that to 3 cups every other day for two.
