in april i bought 2 sulcatta torts from llreptile. at the time the ad said hatchlings, then in june i saw post that others were buying
sulcattas there, and they still thought they just hatched, so i e-mailed llreptile and they said the sulcattas were born around september.
well thats almost a year and neither have grown, or gained much weight since them. every day they get to graze outside for a half an hour because thats all
the time i can supervise them(while i feed the turtles in the pond) then they come in and are put into their indoor, heat lamped enclosure,
where i offer musteard greens, alfafa, kale, collards and other big leafy lettuces. my question is why arent they appearing to gain any weight?
any insight would be appreciated!
thanks!
Nick
