GET TO A VET!!!!!!!!!

Put them in a box with crumpled up paper, and place in a dark area where there is NO noise, etc. until morning, do NOT feed them anything...but get them to someone who can help them properly. DO NOT wait to take them...get htem there ASAP.

: Found two turtles in the road -- one appears to be bleeding from the mouth and neck, both are bleeding from the leg area as well.
