russian tortoise breeding

My male and female russian tortoises were both successfully hibernated for 4 weeks. Now they are out of hibernation, and have already been soaked and both have eaten. They are being housed separetly right now. When i want the to breed do i just put them together? They have been out of hibernation for 3 days. How long should I wait to put them in the same enclosure to mate? What can I do to help stimulate mating?Does an increased humidity stimulate anything? My male has been pacing around the enclosure as if it is looking for a tortoise to mate with.I will appreciate any help on breeding my tortoises. Thanks in advance
