I agree. We truely try to weed out the muck from the dreck. We reject those who we feel are not good candidates. I hate organizations that don't take the process seriously and will give the animal to anyone who will take it. That is why the application process is so important. You should see the slime that we weed out. Dealers trying to get free turtles to sell. We caught two this week and the week before we caught someone putting in someone elses pictures. Could you imagine that. All those lies over a slider. Then we get that diamond and are able to do what we like to do best and give out the animals to the right people. Glad to see you around Ray. It's been a while. Just today I found Three great homes in Texas and one in California to take the group of sulcata.

It's good to hear that someone who is genuinely concerned about turtles and tortoises is doing something good for them. Some of the other adoption homes are run by those who have limited knowledge and don't truly have turtle's best interest at heart. Ray
